Gruppo C.S.A. S.p.A. has a Legality Rating of ★★+ pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 2, of the Regulation adopted by the Italian Competition Authority with Resolution No. 28361 of 28 July 2020.
White list
Gruppo C.S.A. S.p.A. is included in the list of suppliers, service providers and companies operating in “sensitive” industries not subject to the risk of mafia infiltration, as specified in the Prime Ministerial Decree of 18 April 2013 (White List), for the following industries:
- Non-operated equipment rental;
- Operated equipment rental;
- Environmental services, including collection, national and cross-border transport activities, including on behalf of third parties, waste treatment and disposal, as well as rehabilitation and reclamation activities and other services related to waste management.
